Delivery Fee

Orders under R300 will be charged a delivery fee of R70. Orders of R300 and above qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Timeframe
We offer same-day delivery. Orders must be placed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified with delivery details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof (photo) so we can resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
